In some cases, the recording quality may not be adequate for analysis by the software not recognizing what you said.
The recording quality may be poor due to:
- Using the built-in microphone in a laptop instead of a headset microphone
- The sound settings have two or more microphones activated
- Using a headset without noise reduction technology
- Faulty/noisy microphone or sound card on the computer
- Excessive background noise or chatter
- Recording volume set too low or too high
- Microphone placed too close to the mouth
