What equipment is needed to use NativeAccent?

  1. A high-speed internet connection of at least 30Kbps upload speed per connected device.
  2. A computer with Windows 7,8 or 10 or Mac OSX, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari browser
  3. For computers, a USB Headset with noise-canceling microphone or earbuds with microphone. The built-in microphone on a notebook computer will not work reliably.  
  4. iPad and Android tablets and phones are supported in our current product offering (NativeAccent 4,Carnegie BASICS, and Carnegie Speech Assessment.  Earbuds are strongly recommended to be used with these devices.
